The City has a total of nine city employees. Weston, pursuant to Section 3.11 of the City Charter, provides traditional municipal services through public and private contract providers. Accordingly, the city’s municipal services are rendered through these contract providers, not City employees. This "contract" method of providing services allows for greater flexibility and efficiency, allowing the City to tailor services to the needs of the community.

Due to the contractual form of management, the City does not have a Human Resources/Personnel Department and does not post job opportunities within this web site.
