Did you know that uncontrolled bleeding is a major cause of preventable deaths? As the average time for first responders to arrive is between 7 to 10 minutes and the average time to bleed out is 2 to 5 minutes, Stop the Bleed and Hands-Only CPR training programs encourages people to learn life saving skills. 

BSO Weston Fire Rescue offers free Stop the Bleep and Hands-Only CPR classes once a month from 6 until 7:30 at the Weston Regional Park Soccer Building. To attend the next class on Thursday, December 19, pre-register by calling 954-389-2015. Space is limited.
