The Weston Foreign Films Series is presented by the Arts Council of Greater Weston and the City of Weston.

The Series runs from November 2021 through March 2022.

French Toast (South Africa)

Lisa leaves her father, the wine farm that she calls home and her soon to be fiancé to journey to France in search of her long-lost brother and sister that she discovered only through her late mother’s diary. In France, she meets a chef who is looking for a photographer for his cookbook. She decides to help him in exchange for his help to find her sister or brother. Both begin to enjoy the adventure, until Jean-Pierre asks her not to look for him just before he disappears.
