PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AT ETHICS TRAINING

The public is invited to attend the ethics training, but there will be no public participation at the session. Pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.0105, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the body with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Florida Statutes Section 286.26, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the City Clerk's Office at 954-385-2000 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
