The Indian Trace Development District is a dependent special district of the City of Weston.  The general purpose of the Indian Trace Development District is to provide for water and sewer utility services, rights-of-way management, stormwater management, capital projects, and debt service.  The utility fund costs are paid for by charges for service; costs in the other funds are paid for by a special assessment levied by the District on properties within the District.
