The Procurement unit is committed to contributing ethically and qualitatively to the strategic goals of the City by utilizing technological resources and best practices to achieve efficiency and transparency while adhering to the high-quality standards of the City.
The Procurement unit is responsible for ensuring fair, equitable, and timely acquisition of goods and services in accordance with the City’s Code of Ordinances (Chapter 32), Administrative Policies and the Florida State Statutes. We strive to bring the greatest quality and value to the City, in an efficient and effective manner.
Bid/Solicitation Documents
The City of Weston utilizes Onvia DemandStar to advertise current bids and solicitations. Businesses who have registered with these services are notified electronically whenever the City requests a quotation or has issued a formal solicitation for a commodity or service offered by the vendor. There is a fee to download from the Onvia DemandStar website by vendors that include the City of Weston in their subscription service territory but do not have a subscription. The fee may be waived if you have a membership subscription with either service.

The City also advertises bid solicitation opportunities in the local Sun Sentinel newspaper.
Responses to Bids/Solicitations
All bid responses are to be submitted to Weston City Hall, 17200 Royal Palm Boulevard, Weston, FL 33326. The date and time that each bid must be submitted by is listed on the individual Bid Notice.
