Follow the process outlined below for any of the City of Weston’s Planning & Development Services applications or Zoning applications.
Planning & Development Services Application Process
Applications for Development Review shall be submitted to the City of Weston prior to approval of any of the following:
- Site plans
- Plats
- Plat amendments
- Rezonings
- Comprehensive Plan amendments
- Special exceptions
- Variances
- Any other development of land requiring a permit.
Please reference the complete Code Chapter 125: Land Development, Part 1: Administration and Procedure for standards, plats, site plan procedures, design requirements, and any other land-development action.

A Zoning application is required for Special Events, Certificate of Use, Vacation Rental Registration, and Alcohol Licenses.
