Blood Pressure Checks

Residents and visitors can stop by any Weston fire station to have a blood pressure check. Please be advised that you may need to wait, as personnel may be out on a call.

Child Passenger Safety Seat Check

By appointment only. Click here to register.

Child passenger safety seat installation and/or checks are available for residents and those that work in Weston. Appointments are required. Installation appointments will take place at one of the City’s fire stations.  The following information will be required:  age of child, child’s height and weight, make and model of car seat, and year, make and model of the vehicle.  For more details, call the BSO Weston Fire Rescue Administrative Office at 954-389-2015.

CPR Certification Classes

Heartsaver CPR certification classes are offered by Weston BSO Fire Rescue.  Participants must be at least 12 years old and be current residents of, or work in, Weston.  Registration is required. Classes are available weekday mornings or evenings. Please contact the BSO Weston Fire Rescue Administrative Office at 954-389-2090 if you are interested in participating in an upcoming class.  

CPR On-the-Menu 

CPR, AED, and choking training available for restaurants located in the City of Weston.  Classes may be offered on site for restaurant employees.  Classes are approximately one hour and do not offer certification.  To schedule a training class, please call 954-389-2015.

EMS Go Packet

EMS Go packets are an emergency personal information kit for adults to report their personal medical, life safety information, and personal directive paperwork that would be pertinent for first responders to be aware of in the event of an emergency. 

Completed EMS Go Packets should be placed in a conspicuous location inside the home, such as on the inside handle of your front door. The packet “jacket” is designed to hang on a door knob.

EMS Go Packets are available to all Weston residents free of charge and are available at City Hall or BSO Weston Fire Rescue Station No. 81, or you can call 954-389-2015.

Smoke Alarm Inspection and Battery Replacement for Elderly or Disabled

Fire Rescue crews may assist elderly and disabled residents with battery replacement and inspection of their existing smoke alarm.  To schedule an appointment, please call 954-389-2015.
