The City of Weston has an exclusive Franchise Agreement for Solid Waste, Bulk Waste and Recycling Collection; Solid Waste and Bulk Waste Disposal; and Sale and/or Disposal of Recyclable Materials Services with Republic Services, our Solid Waste Contractor.

Republic Services is responsible for the direct billing and collection of payments for all Residential Containerized Service Accounts and Commercial Accounts. Republic Services must charge rates in accordance with the rate schedule established pursuant to the Franchise Agreement. Please contact Republic Service directly at 954-583-1830 to establish solid waste (garbage) and recycling service.

Please note:

1. The franchise specifically excludes the exclusive collection of construction and demolition Debris.
   
   
2. While the Contractor shall make available recycling services to all Commercial Service Units (businesses) that desire to participate in such activity. This service is not exclusive. Commercial business may choose another recycling collection provider.
